Order Processing Times

• Orders placed online at burleigh-koi.co.uk will take 3 business days to process before shipping.
• When ordering please ensure you enter either a phone number or an email address in the relevant box provided so that we can contact you to arrange delivery (phone number preferred).

Shipping and Delivery

• All orders are checked, securely packed and dispatched using a specialised live fish and coral courier service. Delivery is on a next-day service from the date of dispatch.
• Our standard shipping cost is £30.00.
• Delivery is available only within mainland UK.

Delivery Restrictions

We regret that we are unable to deliver to the following locations:

• Isle of Man
• Scottish Offshore
• Channel Islands
• Alderney, Herm and Sark
• Northern Ireland

Orders placed with delivery postcodes in these regions will not be processed and will be refunded in full. However, customers from these areas are welcome to contact us to arrange to collect from us directly. If you are unsure whether we deliver to your postcode, please contact us to check before ordering.

In the rare event that your fish do not arrive in good health, please contact us immediately upon receipt so we can address the issue promptly.
